“The room was super clean (like brand new) and the bed was simple and comfortable. The one thing that surprised me is that there was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, everything was there for an overnight stay.”

“Room and facilities were nice. No housekeeping provided unless you request it at least 24 hours in advance. This was not explained to us at check in.”

“The room too bright because the curtain was missing, so very hard to get good sleep and we were tired so you can imagine and the toilet won’t flush, the bathtub was very slowly draining”

“The hotel has a good value for money since also the rich buffet breakfast is included in the rates. Laundry is possible, including air dryers. Rooms are large and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurants nearby, at walking distance. I will go again. ”

“The facility was not very clean. The lobby had spills and sticky floors, only one elevator was working, the other was marked with masking tape indicating out of order. The WiFi was iffy at best, tv channels were fuzzy and indicated poor signal strength. Overall it was livable but not what I expected. ”

“Super disappointed with our stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament so very aware there were going to be lots of kids and noise however there is a major design flaw on the second floor and there is a large seating area directly outside the room we stayed in so kids were hanging out and being loud well past midnight. Tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. Additionally, toilet did not work correctly and the seat was broken causing it to slide all over as you sat....

“I didn’t like this hotel at all. It was very noisy at night, so it was hard to sleep. The kitchen didn’t even have a kettle, and the bathroom had no fan. The whole place had a very bad smell. The “breakfast” was disappointing too — only coffee and small cereal packets to take away. There was no proper breakfast, no fruit, no yogurt, and no other options. I would not stay here again.”

“1. When I checked in they said although I had a reservation no rooms were available and he would have to change my reservation because I had a service animal and were only allowed on 1st floor. 2. Gave me room 127 and it had no hot water. No place to move to until morning and he would have maintenance come, never did. Ended up washing in cold water for funeral. Got told will have to change rooms when I get back. 3. Moved to 223 queen beds when booked king suite. This room bathroom plugged did...
