“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of my favorite parts was the courtyard. It’s beautifully designed and gives off a relaxing, almost tropical vibe. It truly felt like being transported somewhere far away. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!”
