“Everything was perfect! The Inn is beautiful; the bed was heavenly. We were greeted with homemade chocolate chip cookies and the breakfast was divine. We look forward to returning. It feels like a home away from home!”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁”

“Room was functional. The shades got blown around by the a/c unit so the room wasn’t dark - especially with the parking lot lights. Had work to do in Worcester and the commute was bearable.”

“Our room was nice and clean. There were baseball and soccer events going on so the kids left trash around that unfortunately was still in the lobby and out front the next day. They could have been short on staff for the day. We asked for more towels and a pillow and even though the gentlemen at the front desk was busy he brought them to our room very quickly. The Breakfast was ok. Sunday was a little better than Saturday. They had more staff on. Also there was only one waffle maker so there...

“It was terrible, got there gave the wrong room then switched. Got to the room and there was garbage from previous guest and bed looked like it was just folded over Sheets weren’t tucked in. Went to front desk and only had one room available left which is full bed and not a queen I paid for. Got to room, there’s toilet paper stuck against the sink corner, it was dusty and disgusting. Staff said they would compensate me but lied and ignored and never responded as per Expedia. It was terrible...
