“Our room was nice and clean. There were baseball and soccer events going on so the kids left trash around that unfortunately was still in the lobby and out front the next day. They could have been short on staff for the day. We asked for more towels and a pillow and even though the gentlemen at the front desk was busy he brought them to our room very quickly. “Solid if unspectacular… the rooms are efficiency suites, without much character, but with useful layout.”

“The room was clean but the curtain had trouble working and several floor carpet tiles were lifting. The staff was present and available, though they were quiet and reserved, without smiles. The breakfast bar was good (maintained, clean, and ready).”

“It was terrible, got there gave the wrong room then switched. Got to the room and there was garbage from previous guest and bed looked like it was just folded over Sheets weren’t tucked in. Went to front desk and only had one room available left which is full bed and not a queen I paid for. Got to room, there’s toilet paper stuck against the sink corner, it was dusty and disgusting. Staff said they would compensate me but lied and ignored and never responded as per Expedia. It was terrible...

“I thought the hotel had a pool and free hot breakfast it does not . And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days .”
