“Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car. Our children live in Hopkinton so we like the easy in and out of that floor. That being said the room was clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we come to visit our Children ! And, the chocolate cookies are amazing treats for all guests.”

“Everything was great except our cable didn’t work and when I called the front desk they said they would send up maintenance but they never came ”

“What a wonderful and generous staff. Maria is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about Hotel matters. Raji and her devoted and kind family are excellent; they help you anytime you ask. They care for the people who stay here, calling me by my first name. They are very helpful with booking. Whether it’s Avi at night or Maria and Raji during the day, you get excellent service here. Five stars!!!”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”
