“I liked the room, the studio. Well thought out layout . I liked the kitchenette. The staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and attentive. The breakfast had something for everyone. I might have missed it, but I didn't see a manual about the room, amenities, places to visit, eat, etc. during the stay. I would definitely come back to stay and would recommend the studio room that I had.”

“You do get complimentary ear plugs for the train which helped for that noise but I was not prepared for the noise from the upstairs rooms late at night. Everyone should wear the ear plugs!”

“No one came to next day to room service or clean. When we asked, the person in the desk said they don’t have enough staff. We had to ask for towels for the next day. Pool looked dirty.”

“Seems like families live here full time. Everyone was nice but there was screaming and so so many children running around. Not a lot of parking either”

“Bed was comfortable. Shower leaked all over the floor. Air Conditioning quit working in the middle of night. Elevator gave us a scary jolt as we hit the bottom floor.”
