“The staff were very attentive and provided an excellent service”

“Cant comment fully as my partner became ill and we had to return home after only 1 night , the staff were. Pleasant but our room was small and dated furniture was shabby looked like burns in the carpet, due to scaffolding outside our bathroom window could,nt be opened.”

“The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. ”

“The saving grace was that that the bed was comfortable. The shower was tight squeeze and I am not a big person . The sheets kept falling off the bed. There were no breakfast facilities”

“Left stranded outside the hotel after staff forgot to leave keys, after confirming directly with the hotel manager that we would be arriving late. We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full. I called earlier in the day to confirm, and they gave me the lockbox location and code, but upon arrival by taxi (after midnight) there were no keys in the box, leaving us alone outside with no car. I’ve requested a refund from the hotel but they have not responded - I...

“Abbiamo usato la struttura solo per una notte, perchè era una tappa tra il devon e la Cornovaglia. Buona la sua posizione e molto bella la struttura ; ottima la possibilità di poter usare piscina e saune per il relax, dopo una lunga giornata di guida.”

“I was staying with my 88 year old Mum. We were awoken at 3am by banging and chatting from the room next door. It continued until we left at 7.30am. The room was apparently a room bring renovated with no door lock, just holes where it should be and Yellow No Entry tape. I was told the occupants needed emergency accommodation for the night. I drove 4 hours home on 3 hours sleep. I would not recommend this hotel if you would prefer to sleep through the night!”
