“Spent three days at this hotel. We had a good view of the seafront from our room. The room was clean &well laid out. Only a short walk to town & the train station. We ate a couple of times at the hotel. Well worth the money for those 3 days.”

“Staff are very helpful and friendly, lots to do for children. Next to the beach and a cliff walk down to Amusements, rides arcade and Restaurant. Parking is in front of Hotel. Room has everything you need. Tea coffee biscuits etc Netflix and sky sports. We enjoyed our week very much”

“Il primo impatto non è stato positivo dato che l’Hotel ha assolutamente bisogno di una rinnovata, le stanze sono vecchie e i bagni orribili…però da subito lo stato dell’Hotel passa in secondo piano rispetto al luogo in cui si trova e i servizi di cui dispone! Due piscine riscaldate, una Vasca idromassaggio, tutto pulitissimo, personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione è inclusa è ottima, abbiamo pranzato in Hotel e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. “The owners were really nice, friendly but at the same time, discreet.
We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely accommodation. A spacious bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a huge, very comfortable bed. A gorgeous garden added to the relaxing holiday.”

“I really like the people that run it ...you can have a laugh and a joke and their professional.
I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way.
The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!!
Two dislikes
Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use.
The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside.
I'm definitely going...

“The Globe is perfectly located in the middle of town within walking distance to shops and waterfront.
They offered a great breakfast and dinner menu alongside a cozy pub atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent and our room was perfectly clean and restocked when we came back every day!

“Brilliant location, on the headland with views of the sea from the restaurant and our bedroom. Staff very friendly, excellent gluten free options particularly the cinnamon cheesecake! and they willingly let us use their big white towels on the beach when we didn't bring our own. Really lovely 2 day visit.”

“Very impressed. Although the room was a bit dated it was spotlessly clean. The garden and views are very impressive and the staff were helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast and the swimming pool area was very modern. We used it twice and had it to ourselves! I'd put it above 3 stars.”
