“nothing to say about the room's services, there was everything, even the TV with chromecast, the bathroom was large and with everything you need, soaps, shampoo and conditioner , hairdryer. But the thing I liked least was that it was a "blind" room, it had no windows! this "small" particular I would have preferred to know at the time of booking!”

“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”

“Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort. Camera "appartamento" familiare molto ampia dotata di due camere e un bagno con doccia molto spazioso ed agevole. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”

“Struttura di alto livello in posizione centralissima, con camera, ristorante e spazi comuni molto confortevoli. Ottimo personale, tranne quello addetto alla pulizia delle camere, che per un paio di giorni su tre ha "tralasciato" di rifare la camera. Questo ha reso necessario un mio deciso reclamo alla reception.”

“Clean and well-maintained room, great staff and great service, short walking distance to dining options. This hotel is the definition of "Simple but effective". If you're looking for a hotel with an onsite restaurant, this isn't the one. But if you want a good modern hotel with clean rooms in a reasonable location with reasonable prices, this is the one.
I stayed in a Petite Double room which is actually pretty good size with more than enough space to move around and store my things - not Petite...

“Staff were great at helping us get settled and for recommended for eateries and amenities. Room was clean and had mini kitchen, small fridge, combined washer/dryer (although dryer needs to run overnight - ended up hair drying most of our clothes). ”

“Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Our room was spotless and luxurious. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea. Room service was amazing and staff were very friendly. We took our 11 month with us and the staff were very accommodating supplying a Portacot. We had breakfast down stairs as well and the lovely staff member would hold and entertain our baby boy when he got a bit restless and let us finish our breakfast. Will definitely be back and highly recommend ☺️”

“The Silverstream Retreat is a great setup. The accommodation exceeded our expectations - plenty of room, all required services and was set in a quiet location yet not far from areas we visited. The onsite laundry was great. The staff were great and even thought we were there over christmas the servicing of the rooms met all of our requirements. Will stay here again”
