“We enjoy going there, but it needs a little more attention related to cleaning up after guests use services, bathroom downstairs didn’t have toilet paper, the staff need a little more polish, they are nice but there seems to be a lack of understanding who does what and how things run. “I love this BWP! Every things were excellent. I booked the river view room upstairs. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view was worth the money. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable. John and staff were very friendly and sweet. Breakfast was next door in a family restaurant with delicious warmed good and stunning views. “Hosts were outstanding on check in. I arrived later in evening around 7:30 pm and they were friendly and receptive and recommended dining options. Even walked me down to the cabin to show the way in the dark. Room was immaculate and beautifully done and very comfortable. Would stay here anytime when within the area. Good location and convenient to attractions, dining, and all basic staples.”

La nostra stanza era molto ampia ma piuttosto buia e rumorosa a causa dell'impianto di condizionamento; abbiamo fatto presente il disagio alla reception e sono intervenuti per sistemare il problema. “Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Slept very well! Room temperature was easy to regulate and we were able to open a window for fresh air. That said -and I hate to be negative - but my husband and I agreed that the love seat in room was likely the most uncomfortable piece of furniture we'd ever sat upon and a coffee table or end table near that love seat would have been quite useful.”

“The place was not clean. Spiders in the room. Grout in the shower was gross. The toilet water was yellow. Did not feel safe. Had to put table up against door for safety. The front desk gentleman could not get the key to the door to work. He had to get DW40 to finally get key to work. We were worried about not being able to work getting in and out of door.This whole experience was terrible! Should have asked for money back and gone somewhere else. We were just so over it and exhausted.”
