Chalet a Deià

"Check-in was a nightmare. I checked in 3 hrs prior via the website. I arrived at 1300 and not room was allocated to me and I had to wait until 1400 to get a room. When I return there masses of people waiting to check-in and only 2 of the 4 stations open. Sadly, I had to highlight the pointless need to checkin online and was then dealt with separately and a room allocated. The queue for others was long and the process took a good deal of time. The other positions should have been opened to deal with the surge."

"Struttura poetica, personale gentile e attento, ottimi ristoranti. Lontana dal centro di Maiorca, ma qui si può respirare l’intimità dell’isola , i suoi silenzi, la sua poesia. Camera di ottimo livello, buona la pulizia; forse si dovrebbe avere un maggior controllo sui particolari: sciacquone del bagno difettoso, armadi difficili da aprire, che richiederebbero una maggiore manutenzione. Comunque, ritornando a Palma de Maiorca, ritornerei sicuramente qui"
