Hotel vicino a Del Mar Dog Park - San Ramon

“Everything with the stay was fine. The location was clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly and efficient. There were two things that occurred that affected my stay: 1) the lobby and other common areas were very warm and somewhat stuffy 2) a fire alarm went off early in the morning (~1 am) that went on for about an hour or so. I totally understand that these mechanisms are in place in case of an emergency so that's not my complaint. When I addressed the issue with the person at...

“All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again.”

“I had a reservation that was completely PAID for, I called at 6:30pm to let them know I would be a late check in, I was told they gave away my queen size bed and they only had a room with 2 doubles, I told them whatever that’s fine I’ll still take it. Well when we showed up after our concert, at midnight mind you, they told me they gave my room away again. Like what???! That’s crazy, they told me some weird crap about the house keeper not being able to clean rooms, not sure how that’s my problem...

“Breakfast is unfortunately $18, but they had affordable snacks in the lobby as an alternative. I wish there was a little more lighting in the halls. Weird thing to critique, I know, the darkness just made it feel like a prison or psych ward in the halls, but the room itself was nice/cozy.”
