“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

“Walls are thin hear everything ”

“This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

“I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. The room was excellent. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Pots and pans looked new, no scratches or nicks. Towels clean, soft and plentiful. I can't think of anything to complain about. Staff was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. “I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem. The hotel was very well kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff stood out the most — everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism made the stay even better. I’d happily stay here again.”

“The room smelled of urine and stale cigarettes. There was a dead cockroach in the corner. There was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door and blood stains on the tub (probably rust). It was $90 a night and it should have been $50. It shows clear evidence of a property where they don't improve or fix anything and are just letting it fall apart to make what profit they can.
