“Great breakfast, comfortable bed. ”

“The staff was uninterested in customer care, check in was a joke and the room was not very clean and the linens were gray rather than white. We only stayed 1 night and found a new hotel for the remainder of our visit. ”

“Check was easy Rooms clean The old small shampoos would be nice to have the new installed shampoo and body wash like other best westerns but bring your own bath stuff Breakfast was ok not for the healthy Great location and they have a security person cone off and watch the parking lot all night which was comforting ”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Surrounding area is extremely nice. Lots of businesses, restaurants, stores, gas stations, corner stores and grocery stores, etc. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my stay was. I had a room upstairs in the indoor part of the building. I enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Everything about it was Pleasant. It's not a new building, so giving it a rating doesn't really accurately describe how pleased I was. I've stayed at newer hotels that were less Charming and less clean. and towels provided”

“Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. ”

“Staff was great! Food was limited in choice, but quality was mostly good. Not much available to purchase from the little store...out of drinks and items. Place was clean and safe and comfortable. Good location for me. I would come back. ”
