“Room was dirty, AC was broken, all water stopped working. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Clearly the hotel was a bit short-staffed, but it was still a good experience. The main problem is that the hotel has way too few parking spots for the number of rooms.”

“The parking pass was included in my chosen Expedia option but would have been $15 a night otherwise. There is a large underground parking level protected from weather and felt secure.”

“The staff was not courteous. The front desk personnel, who wore braces, was discourteous, displaying no smiles or customer service. Throughout our stay, no staff member offered to clean our room; I had to request clean towels. When inquiring about the disposal of accumulated trash, the front desk staff instructed us to leave it outside our room, but no one came to collect it, and we ultimately disposed of it ourselves. “Went there after our wedding and the staff was extremely welcoming, took our luggage from the car to the room. Took pictures of us both in the gorgeous lobby and crossing the hotel threshold. Extremely splendid experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay.”
