“Brianna & Tom went above and beyond. From a staff standpoint, my experience was amazing. The room was not super clean, stains on mirrors and stained shower curtain, but the room had a great offering of amenities. Did not love how the elevator was finicky, or that I constantly found myself getting lost on the second floor, but that is the structure of the property and nothing to do with staff or the specifics of IHg WC. “The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Staff was great! Food was limited in choice, but quality was mostly good. Not much available to purchase from the little store...out of drinks and items. Place was clean and safe and comfortable. Good location for me. I would come back. ”
