Hotel vicino a Castle Rock Park - Walnut Creek

“I haven’t stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a very long wand now it’s my new favorite cost efficient hotel. I used to prefer the Courtyard or Hyatt House for the quality. Hilton Garden Inn now uses Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo and conditioners, in room Keurig style coffee makers, stylish and modern decor with comfortable bedding and ample space. The staff couldn’t be better, always pleasant and kind. Complimentary coffee and teas were also offered in the lobby area in the mornings. I would...

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The staff were all very professional, pleasant, and courteous; the temperature in the room was already cool when I arrived, and I was actually able to sleep well because of the well-insulated windows and black-out curtains in the room. Checkout was easy, and the breakfast was really very good.”

“Everything was great, besides the room cards kept having issues and we would have to keep going to get them reset. Since this property requires cards to be used for pretty much every entrance and elevator is was a hassle. Besides that everything was good.”

“Good place where to sleep for a night. the breakfast should be improved, really no options and badly presented. The noise from the highway can be disturbing.”

“Front desk rude , no housekeeping”

“I had forgotten my phone charger and I went to buy one in the small shop they had but it was mostly food. The desk person gave me one to borrow and I returned it the next morning. It saved me from having to go drive to a store to get one late at night.”

“We really liked the full kitchen and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good.”

“The property was in good shape, the room was clean and they had great amenities. The check in was fast and the gave information about the key card, how to get to the elevator, vending machine and ice. I did ask for the first floor when I reserved the room. I ended up on the third but the elevator was close as well as the room from the elevator. The one garbage can outside was full. By morning the birds had taken garbage out of the can. It was all over. Overall, a great stay”

“Staff were all very welcoming. Pool was closed and couldn’t get back in building from pool without going out to parking area and walking around building. No breakfast although website said there was. Figured out you had to get it from an associate the second day as there were no instructions given at check-in how to do it. Ice machines not working.”

“Overall good stay. Dishes and silverware were a bit dirty so not sure if hotel rewashes when guest leaves. Breakfast was free and cooked well. You have to pay for parking daily cost is $10. Hotel is a bit dated but in good condition.”
