Hotel vicino a Broadway Plaza - Walnut Creek

“At first, we got a room facing the train and it was SUPER NOISY at night till 3 AM. They were able to change us to another room the next day, facing the traffic side away from the train, and that was all good. If you are noise-sensitive, please request a room away from the train side. It would be great if they could let ppl know about this situation at check in.”

“Good place where to sleep for a night. the breakfast should be improved, really no options and badly presented. The noise from the highway can be disturbing.”

“This is a gorgeous property, and conveniently located for Walnut Creek and Lafayette. The lobby, and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the bed cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I used the pool, lobby, and bistro. All were A plus. I will stay again if I’m ever in town.”

“A very nice hotel, clean comfortable roomy. Appreciated the step in shower. Parking could be better, had to compete with maintenance vehicles for spaces. Overall though a good experience. I would book there again.”

“Do not stay here. It is outdated, feels dirty, and not worth a fraction of the price. I stay in hotels every weekend and this was way below the standards of hotels in gbs area. You would be better off at any Hilton or Marriott property for the same price.”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“No coffee inside room. Kitchen exists, but you have to request anything else. Cupboards are bare. Nothing. Fan AC Heater has loud fan.”

“Ottimo soggiorno. Personale molto gentile, camere rinnovate da poco, letto molto comodo, molto pulito. Non fatevi spaventare dall'esterno! Un po' rumoroso, ma economico e pulito. Tutte le camere sono dotate di microonde, frigo e TV enorme. ”

“This room was horrible! the front desk person”Riley” was jigging door handles of other people’s rooms , he was watching me and my child specifically just us my child isn’t even 2 yet and I’m under 21 years old . we couldn’t get no assistance for essentials that we needed that weren’t included in our room ! just very creepy and weird stay and also he took a night away from my booking do not stay here”
