“Good place where to sleep for a night. the breakfast should be improved, really no options and badly presented. The noise from the highway can be disturbing.”

“The staff and bar were the best part of this stay. The bartenders were excellent and the valet staff incredible! The front desk staff is hit and miss. There’s a Kevin hart looking guy that is rude every time I’m there, but the others are friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms are mostly just ok if you’re a “the hotel is just where we’re sleeping” kinda traveler. Nothing nice and minimal amenities.”

“The parking pass was included in my chosen Expedia option but would have been $15 a night otherwise. There is a large underground parking level protected from weather and felt secure.”

“Went there after our wedding and the staff was extremely welcoming, took our luggage from the car to the room. Took pictures of us both in the gorgeous lobby and crossing the hotel threshold. Extremely splendid experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay.”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The room was cleaned and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful with deaf customers. Keep it up! Also, in the kitchen, try to add bacon, too, along with the sausage at the same time. Customers like bacon more than sausage, vice versa.”

“This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. Our room faced the back of the hotel (away from University Ave.), which made it quiet; other side might be less so. There is no...
