Did not love how the elevator was finicky, or that I constantly found myself getting lost on the second floor, but that is the structure of the property and nothing to do with staff or the specifics of IHg WC. “From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home. This hotel and its staff were absolutely amazing. It's cozy and reminds me of an Italian villa with wonderful attention to detail. The bar and restaurant have excellent martinis and food. The housekeeping was impeccable. We can't wait to stay here again! ”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The place is good they upgraded to a suite I travel for work. I got there late. I had to wait to be audited, but the stuff was really good. He actually upgraded me too. I had a sweet, but they upgrade me to a better suite and it’s really good”

“Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. ”
