Hotel vicino a Parco Todos Santos Plaza - Concord

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“As noted on reviews and response from Hotel that this property is going through complete remodel- major construction that is understated on Expedia and hotels own Internet site therefore it should be considered false intensional advertisement. There were workers , work trucks, equipment even crane that we had walk under we at one time at the main entrance . Staff was very helpful without the question. “This room was horrible! the front desk person”Riley” was jigging door handles of other people’s rooms , he was watching me and my child specifically just us my child isn’t even 2 yet and I’m under 21 years old . we couldn’t get no assistance for essentials that we needed that weren’t included in our room ! just very creepy and weird stay and also he took a night away from my booking do not stay here”

“Clean and quiet room. No extra cost for parking. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly and courteous. Location is conveniently located across Crescent Mall for restaurant options and a movie theater.”

“This is a relatively new hotel. The staff and the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available for purchase, but we did not eat in the hotel. I did hear other guests remark that it was very good. Free coffee with flavored creamers was available in the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap were available in our room, along with bottled water and coffee. If we travel back to this area again, we would...
