Hotel vicino a Willows Theater - Concord

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Arrived around 6pm. Given room key without any directions. Room located on 3rd floor. Had to use stairs. I’m 74. Asked where to park, told in the back. My room was at the absolute opposite end of the hotel from the back. Had to wander back and forth down endless hallways, Room looked like it was used for odds and ends. Mattress was not comfortable. ONLY SAVING GRACE FOR THIS HOTEL WAS A LOVELY, STAFF WOMAN WHO MANAGED THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. I asked EMILIA if she liked working there. She...

“This motel is very convenient location. Rooms are large but lacks shampoo and a coffee maker.”

“The room was clean, though it had a faint stale odor and the toilet seat looked "over used". But floors were spotless and the bed sheets were crisp. There was some later night conversations from other guests that probably should have been taken inside rather than had on the walk way outside for all to hear. Parking was easy, pretty much drive to your room door within the gated area (nice). The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. ”

“It was a lovely property, and the staff was very helpful in addressing any concerns The breakfast was excellent, especially on the weekends ”

“The only down side was that the hotel was full of birthday gatherings so the pool was extremely full of people...but hey it was a really nice pool area though! Filled with warm, clean towels, emptied pool to drain and clean very often. It was nice!!”

“Room was very small. Only one night stand next to the bed. No microwave. Bathroom was adequate. Staff was very nice and helpful. Oh, only valet parking at $34 a night per car. No where close to park except on the street... with a meter and a 3 hr limit. Although valet offers 24 hr service and in and out is allowed. ”
