Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Sunvalley Shopping Center - Concord

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Great parking, a space was always available. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Several staff were working it and keeping the area immaculate. Well done. Room nice, water pressure a little light. Overall well done.”

“We had some hiccups with our stay but overall it served our purpose. This is an older property that has been remodeled with new paint and furniture. There wasn’t any breakfasts or coffee offered in the lobby. There is instant coffee in the room which is meh. The beds are comfortable and if you want housekeeping, you have to request it. Not a lot of amenities but it is located in a great area close to restaurants and a movie theater. It was a nice stay for our family that was no frills.”

“Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. ”

“The staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful, but the property was not clean and it was frankly unsafe. I purchased this under the impression that I would have access to a fitness center and the fitness center was closed down. The pool was empty. And there were paper signs leading to the hotel lobby. The indoor floor was cement and the ceilings were missing in many places. Multiple times I got lost trying to find my way out and ended up in an active construction site once with wet cement and...

“Wooden floors made the hall ways and rooms noisy! Also maid service did not close our door on our last day, which is not good. door was open for 8 hours.”

“Breakfast and food from the restaurant were great. Beautiful property and lots of amenities including daily happy hour and breakfast with made to order options. Only issue was the parking garage was having issues with parking passes but they had an easy fix for it.”
