It outlines, briefly such things as the trash procedure but not much else.•Window blinds in the two upstairs bedrooms are broken...

“Beautiful home. So welcoming and immaculate. Very quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from shops, beaches, groceries, and The Snowy Owl for a mocha! Beautiful big yard and patio area. We would highly recommend this rental. ”

Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!”
