“The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine. “There was a hole on our floor where the underneath of the rug was showing and nails were sticking up. I called to complain and they came in with a patch.And put it on also, the hotel is very outdated and old dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable.Do not recommend this place”
