Costruito nel 2006, 'Scargo Bungalow' è immerso in 6. 5 acri di terreno boscoso sul Scargo lago. La casa ha una pianta aperta / 2000 sf. Abbiamo circa 300 metri di fronte lago. L'area principale spiaggia ha circa 30 piedi di White Lake sabbia facciata, un bacino di mogano, e una zona per prendere il sole. La spiaggia / lago sono perfetti per adulti e bambini. Il lago è cristallino ed è abbastanza superficiale fuori circa 50-60 piedi.

La casa ha anche una bella veranda con mobili in vimini (divano e divanetto) con vista sul lago da un lato e un tavolo da ping pong dall'altro lato.

A pochi passi da Corporation Beach e Spiaggia di Howe, (poco meno di 1 miglio), il Capo Playhouse, Dennis Public Market, Scargo Hill Tower, numerosi caratteristici di antiquariato e negozi di souvenir, diversi ristoranti, biblioteca comunale, ufficio postale, e il famoso Ice Cream Smuggler . Tutti i luoghi di cui si trovano a 5-20 minuti a piedi. Diversi campi da golf / campi da tennis / passeggiate e piste ciclabili entro 10 minuti di auto.

42 'schermo piatto HDTV LED nella camera familiare, i letti sono materassi Temperpedic o' coprimaterassi ', Central A / C, addolcitore Culligan, doccia esterna chiusa con aree di medicazione e posti a sedere.

Ci sono 3 camere da letto con servizi igienici e un soppalco w / un divano letto (e schermo privacy): due delle camere sono dotate di letti queen size, camera da letto 3 ha due letti singoli. La camera doppia ha spazio per materassi ad aria supplementari. Vi è una seconda zona soppalco con divano e sedie per la lettura, giochi da tavolo, ecc

Sala da pranzo con porte francesi con vista sul lago di Scargo.

Cucina grande, pulita, ariosa e completamente attrezzata; nuova lavastoviglie nel 2010.
Grande stanza ha un soffitto della cattedrale con ventilatore a soffitto e divano in pelle, divanetto e sedia di corrispondenza. Pavimenti in parquet in tutta la casa. I bagni sono piastrellati. No moquette - perfetto per le persone con allergie.

Animali ben educati sono sempre consentiti.

Beautiful spot!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It’s so close to everything but feels secluded surrounded by woods. The lake was beautiful and the shallow water perfect for the kids and dogs to play in all day. At night we sat on the screened porch and watched the fireflies. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect Lake Retreat

We had a great stay here. Marta and Betsy were very welcoming hosts and were very responsive throughout the week. The house is a perfect lake retreat and has a lot of toys for the family to enjoy like kayaks, canoe, a ping pong table, foosball, etc. It’s also nice to be able to walk to the center of town and beaches. We would definitely come back again!

Great spot for a cape vacation

Beautiful home set back from the road. We had solitude and peace and quiet but were still close to all the cape has to offer. Private beach with free water craft is a plus too.

Fantastic again

We rent a lot of houses and this is the only one that we have stayed at more than once, in fact this was our third time. Marta is a great host and the house is great. It is private, has a great view of the lake, central air conditioning and the lake itself is amazing. Nice private beach area and when you go into the lake it is not mucky like many lakes. Many water toys provided as well. Hopefully we will be able to keep on renting this house. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay

Marta’s house in Dennis is really fantastic. I actually think that the listing doesn’t do justice to either the inside or outside. It was nicer than I expected. The house is roomy, comfortable and really well-equipped, again inside and out. The location is perfect. It is a 10-15-minute walk to good restaurants, a bakery, etc. and yet when you are at the house you are in the woods with not a sound to disturb you. The lake is gorgeous and I can’t describe how nice it is to see that lake from the comfortable screened porch or the lounge chairs on the lawn. We spent a lot of time relaxing with our books, inside and out. There are 3 roomy bedrooms (good beds) as well as a spare bed in the upstairs sitting area. The bathrooms are good. The kitchen is excellent, with every pot, pan, utensil, etc., that you need. We went to Petersen’s fish market a short drive away to pick up fresh fish each day and enjoyed preparing dinner at home. And the living room is very comfy for hanging out. My only caution would be that the Internet service is not strong, in case you were planning to do work while away, Zoom calls, et. Marta kindly checked in regularly to be sure that we were doing well. It was a delight to stay there.

Better then excepted

We had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need. Lots of towels, soaps, spices, pans and dishes. I brought to much of my own things i never used. Everything was clean. Marta ( the owner was a peach). Their were boats to use and the lake was sooo clean. Its also close to restaurants and food shopping. I will definitely return again.

Amazing Lake House So Close To The Beach

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy school vacation. This property is located right on Main Street with all the associated convenience, but yet it feels like you are isolated on a small relatively private lake. The house is perfect and had everything we needed. The large screened in porch is wonderful and everyone in our family enjoyed it including our Golden Retriever who liked to just lay on the porch and look out at the yard and the lake. The lake is amazing and we all really enjoyed using the kayaks, canoe, and peddle boat. We also really enjoyed fishing in the lake. The house is very close to many excellent restaurants and multiple beaches. Additionally, Marta and Mark were absolutely outstanding hosts. We would highly recommend the place to friends and family and really hope that we have the chance to stay again in the future.

Cabin in the Woods, yet Walking Distance to Town

This Dennis property is truly a cabin in the woods -- remote, quiet, and relaxing. Even though we were walking distance to the town of Dennis, we felt really secluded when at the property. The setting was lovely. We kayaked on the lake enjoying the crisp fall air and beautiful fall foliage. Sitting on the private beach for sunrise or star gazing was a special treat. Marta was a diligent an attentive owner. She contacted us in advance with tips for enjoying the property and again during our stay. She and her husband even met us at check-in which was so friendly. The home is a lovely cabin with updated amenities and nostalgic features like a broad screened porch. It's clear that the family has enjoyed many seasons at this peaceful property.

Great house and location!!

My family, 2 dogs and I loved staying here on Scargo Lake. The house was perfect for the 9 of us with the pups. Very spacious, clean (Covid clean), private and had everything you possibly needed. Marta the host was wonderful. Very attentive for any need that may have arrived and genuine. We would love to go back soon! We highly recommend staying here. We loved it!

Scargo Bungalow

We had an extended family vacation with both young kids and adults. The week was just wonderful. The accommodations were excellent with many amenities and fun activities for all ages. There were boats and floats (including life vests) for the lake and lawn games for the yard. There were lots of games in the closet and VCR movies for night time or rainy days (fortunately not many of those for us!). The beaches were close by (make sure to go early - the parking lot fills up fast!) and beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Scargo Lake 2020

Our family (5 adults & 2 grandsons) had the most wonderful time at this Scargo lake house! The house was so comfortable along with the beds, furniture, dining area, kitchen and beautiful screened in porch. Some of us got to enjoy the canoe, kayaks, floating toys etc. we hope to be able to go there again next year!!

Lake life at it's finest!

Best of both worlds--lake and beach vacation!

Our family of five had a great time at this house for our vacation. My husband prefers a lake vacation but my kids like to get to the beach every summer. This house was perfectly located to give us walking access to both the lake and the beach. Plus it was an easy walk to an ice cream shop, donut shop, grocery store and several restaurants. We also loved that the owners provided kayaks, a canoe and a sailboat for our use. The house was very clean and comfortable and the owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended!

Nice Location with Lots to do

Marta the owner was very accommodating in every way. The home was well stocked with boats, games, and pre stocked foods. Location was very close to nice restaurants and Cape Cod Playhouse. A 20 minute walk to the salt water beach, with a 2 minute walk to the Scargo Lake, fresh water beach right on the property. Loads of places to get home made ice cream. Caught 2 bass from the canoe. I would definitely recommend this for a family, as we had a 2 year old and 9 month old with us.

Wonderful Stay at Scargo Bungalow

This lake house was great! So private yet so close to downtown Dennis. The screen-in porch was great for relaxing outside without having to worry about bugs. Definitely coming back here next year!

Private getaway with all the amenities!

Was perfect for our three generations of family and our dog. Geat porch for the whole group to gather. Scargo Lake is great for swimming, and boating. Only a 20 minute walk to Corporation Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Already looking at dates for next year!
