    Escape to this charming 1920's Cape-style home, where the beauty of nature meets timeless coastal living. With sweeping bay views from Plymouth to Provincetown, this home offers some of the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets you'll ever see. Set on nearly six wooded acres, you'll have plenty of space to unwind, including a private 300-foot beach, a sprawling lawn, and a peaceful cliffside perch — perfect for watching the waves roll in.

    A large deck overlooks the water, making it an ideal spot for dining outdoors with a gas grill ready for your fresh catch. The outdoor shower, along with beach chairs, make it easy to enjoy a day by the water and then rinse off afterward.

    Inside, the home is a cozy mix of rustic charm and comfort, featuring exposed beams, wood floors, and an abundance of natural light. Window air conditioning keeps the interior cool on warmer days, and the home comes with complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

    The main floor is an open and inviting space, with plenty of room for lounging, family dinners, or a fun night of games. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering plenty of counter space for preparing hearty meals. A spacious sunroom with its own full bathroom offers a peaceful retreat, and there's an additional half bath nearby.

    Upstairs, you’ll find three guest bedrooms and a shared bath, plus a private suite with its own en-suite bathroom — offering comfort and privacy for everyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had our two daughters, spouses and 5 grandchildren and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Wonderful house on the water and very nice beach below. Had fun in Plymouth, whale watching and Dennis. Would recommend for anyone.

Location is Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is on the water with its own beach and it's gorgeous. The deck is lovely. Rustic, however, is a nice way of saying that the house is really not in good shape. There was a leak in the roof in the master bedroom and we had to use a bucket for the water. The house was not clean (no vacuum either), lots of spiders and webs, mice, and carpenter ants. No one has really taken care of this place in a long time. Bring your own comforters as well as linens too. The grounds are well cared for however. For the amount of money you are paying, it's works, if everyday is sunny and you don't have to be indoors. PS This is the first time I have ever written a bad review on anything. It's just that the price doesn't reflect the experience.
