“Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. “The cutest pub I’ve stayed at in years. Super friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom, super comfy bed and excellent food. I highly recommend staying here. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Our en-suite bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful.
