Very nice house. Host was responsive and pleasant, house was very well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and in good shape. Nice neighborhood, several nice parks nearby. Lots of retail and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this property, esp. if needing a lot of bedrooms.

Great spot in Arvada!

Beautiful, quiet home. Very responsive hosts and would recommend to everyone! There was a ton of space. The location was great for visiting downtown and Boulder.

The house was well equipped for everything we needed and the host was very accommodating on the minor asks we had to help make our stay wonderful. The welcome basket was an unexpected treat and my group and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Our group had a great stay at Kia and Rob’s home. It was welcoming, just as described, and communication from Kia was consistent and helpful - if we needed anything it was either already there or we could reach out. Absolutely recommend this home for your next VRBO stay!

This home was excellent for our family while in Denver for our son’s wedding! It was spotless- a big shout out to the cleaning crew!! The “extra perks” such as a welcome basket, mints at each bedside, toys for little ones, a basket of toiletries, corn hole, fire pits, hot tub, grill, etc were greatly appreciated!! Our host answered any and all questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with!! I will definitely recommend this home to others!

Perfect for family gatherings

The host was really nice to work with and even allowed us to view the property prior to our stay. Photos are accurate and do not exaggerate the properties features as some other postings do. Wish it had been warm enough to use the fire pits but we definitely enjoyed the hot tub.

Work Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Group of 9 female collegues on a work retreat age 32-50. The house was so clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed with everything we needed! Great backyard space with a hot tub and easy access to shopping and dining and a quick drive to a day in Golden for some yoga, massage, shopping and taking in the sights and Colorado sunshine! Highly recommend this place!

Kia and Rob’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 11. If you need a place just outside of Denver and close to the mountains, look no further. This house was perfect for our large group and our trip to Denver. From the street, you are unaware of all the room in this house! Comfortable beds, kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pans, seasonings, and the refrigerator even had ketchup, and other condiments. This is a great house.

Incredible Stay!

Kia and Rob were phenomenal hosts during my stay in Arvada,CO. Their home was pristine and exactly as the pictures show. It is very rare to find hosts like Kia and Rob. From the welcome basket of goodies to to the partially stocked fridge and pantry for their guests, it truly was a 10/10 experience. Thank you again for offering up your beautiful home!

Comfortable! Accommodating! Big and Cozy!

The house was centrally located and had an INCREDIBLE view! Perfect for looking out over the horizon while sipping a cup of coffee either day or nighttime. The living space fit our family of 14 perfectly while still allowing individual privacy and comfort for everyone. Each room has its own warm and inviting vibe, which catered to adults and kids alike. I absolutely cannot say enough about our stay and the experience we will treasure for many years to come! Thanks, Kia & Rob. Looking forward to returning soon!
