- A decibel noise detector outdoors (privacy friendly - no audio can be heard or recorded) to monitor and detect loud noises -- a.k.a. party detector.

★ RESPECTFUL GROUP GATHERINGS PERMITTED, WITH HOST APPROVAL★
Indoors, with all windows and doors closed, can sustain reasonably loud noises without problems. We want you to have a good time, just don’t bring the loud noises outside as to not disturb the neighbors. And of course, respect the home. Excess mess or damage will incur additional charges.

So awesome

We had an amazing 5 week stay here. Alex was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. He even facilitated getting a forgotten laptop returned to us. The house and neighborhood were great and had plenty of room for us. Lots of ping pong was enjoyed! We'll definitely stay here again when we're back.
