Treat yourself to a thoughtfully designed Mid-Century Modern home with upscale amenities perfectly situated between Denver, Boulder & Golden! Step back in time when you walk into the vintage inspired, sunlit, living/dining space with modern flare. You will love coming home to this stylish space after a day of exploring. You won’t have to go far to enjoy the CO sunshine since you will have the perfect space in the backyard complete with a high end hot tub, yard games and an outdoor dining space!

This is a brand new listing hosted by experienced, local Superhosts! This is a chic and spacious single family house that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to spread out and have privacy during your stay. There is a stylish open living room upstairs with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there is a large dining table as well as counter seating to gather all together. Every morning you can spoil yourself with the luxurious robes provided or a pour over batch of coffee in the Chemex. Then head to the large, private backyard that is waiting for you to enjoy. Whether that means a soak in the hot tub or a friendly game of corn hole, you won’t have to go far to relax and unwind! You will even have distant views of the Denver skyline from the back porch as you take advantage of the outdoor dining space. We recommend making it a point to check this out in the evening! We thoughtfully designed our home to make this an unforgettable and comfortable stay you will want to come back to on your next getaway and we hope to host you soon! Nice neighborhood and location

The house is nice and cute with a large private yard and hot tub. The hot tub was clean and worked well. A couple things to be aware of: There is a big temperature difference between the basement and upper level, which is something to keep in mind as two bedrooms and the tv area are located in lower level. Additionally, the tv was not working well during our stay. It kept shutting off or freezing and when we contacted management they did not respond about that issue. Overall it was a quick two night trip and the location worked well and didn’t have much time for tv, but hopefully they will fix it for future guests.

Over all review

The idea of the house was cute and fun! Pulling up the lawn was not groomed. The kitchen does not accommodate cooking, the oven does not heat, it took an hour to cook cinnamon rolls that were supposed take 20 minutes. There was powdered coffee creamer all over the countertop, as well as food and hair in between oven range and counter. The plasticware that was mentioned to use for the hot tub was no where to be found. The security of the house was jeopardized upon arrival, we found the back door to be unlocked, so we proceeded to check windows which we found 80% of the windows to be unlocked as well. The last night of our stay the fire alarm beeped the whole time. There was crumbs found in one of the beds and as well as a cockroach on the carpet.

Affordable & good for a friends weekend

The location is a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to either Boulder or Denver, which was convenient. Host is very responsive. Home is older with some updates like a remodeled downstairs bathroom. The downstairs toilet did have issues flushing and running during the night, and we would take the tank cover off to fix it frequently. There is a lack of kitchen cooking utensils (spatulas, sharp knives) if you intend to cook. I wouldn't say it's a fully stocked kitchen. The coffee bean grinder was nice. Hot tub was great, but a squeeze for four people. It comfortably fits three adults. The robes provided were very nice for walking to and from the hot tub. Plenty of space in the home for four adults.

Girls weekend

very RETRO- Cute house. Overall good weekend.... However, we could NOT get the thermostat to work ( even after reading the instructions and youtube) FROZE both nights. It was hard to see the address after dark becuase the front light is motion sensored only. It was also difficult walking up the front sidewalk into the house because there was a tree that needed trimmed badly. The branches hung all over the sidewalk so you had to walk onto the grass to get by. At the edge of the grass was a trimming edging the SEVERAL of us tripped on because you could not see it and we could nt walk on the sidewalk.

Incredible!

My friends and stayed here for 1 night and we had a blast! The manager of the property was very attentive and helpful in so many ways, even before our stay began. The home is so unique and beautiful, and we felt like we were the only ones in the neighborhood honestly. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a fun trip with friends or family!
