La nostra Guest House si trova nel cuore del quartiere storico di Baker in un ambiente urbano vario e vario. Situato in una tranquilla strada alberata, l'appartamento riflette uno stile artistico eclettico. C'è arte originale in tutto il luogo, pareti in mattoni a vista, pavimenti in legno, piastrelle di ceramica e un mix di vecchio e nuovo. È bello, rilassato e molto confortevole. E abbiamo appena sostituito il vecchio divano con uno nuovo!

Questo è un ottimo posto dove stare mentre a Denver, sia per lavoro o per giocare. L'idea per la nostra guest house era di creare un posto in cui vorremmo stare mentre siamo in città!

Questa unità al piano terra è di 650 piedi quadrati con un ingresso privato per la vostra casa lontano da casa, con il parcheggio su strada passi dalla porta di casa. Ha 1 grande camera da letto con ufficio, WiFi, una cucina completa con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Inoltre una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità.

La camera da letto è molto grande con un letto matrimoniale e c'è una scrivania e un'area di lavoro. È possibile utilizzare tutte le forniture per ufficio disponibili qui, inclusa una stampante HP. Gli ospiti possono anche utilizzare le forniture d'arte, se lo desiderano.

C'è un mazzo condiviso fuori dalla camera da letto con un grill a gas che si trova in un bellissimo giardino maturo. Ai nostri ospiti piace molto questa funzione, dicono che è un ottimo posto dove sedersi e godersi il caffè del mattino.

A tre isolati a piedi da boutique esclusive, negozi di mobili vintage, film indie, librerie, caffè, yoga, pilates e un ottimo mix di ristoranti e locali notturni. Un paio di nuove distillerie hanno aperto tra cui la Distilleria Denver di proprietà locale.

Sei isolati a piedi dalla metropolitana leggera, a 3 minuti di auto dal quartiere delle arti di Santa Fe con decine di gallerie, a 5 o 7 minuti in auto dal centro e 10 minuti in auto dal quartiere dello shopping di Cherry Creek. È possibile raggiungere a piedi o in auto il Denver Art Museum, il Clyfford Still Museum e il Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art appena aperto.

Molti dei nostri ospiti includono infermieri viaggianti, che cercano la loro casa lontano da casa mentre lavorano negli ospedali vicini per un periodo prolungato, i nonni che vogliono stare in un posto tutto loro mentre visitano i loro figli e nuovi nipoti, e coppie in vacanza.

Owner was easy to contact but there were issues with the apartment which he took care of but he was out of town so we had to be available for repairs. Bathroom was clean but the rest of the house needed dusting and wiped down.

Absolutely amazing stay

Bari was an incredible host. I stayed for the month and had nothing but a great experience. The place is so cute, easily walkable to south broadway and very cozy. I loved the outside space and worked out there most days. The garden was very cute! I have nothing negative to say at all.

Perfect location, gracious host

I stayed about a month and half at Bari's place and it was a perfect medium-term stay in Denver. The Baker neighborhood is very walkable and bike-able. So much so that I rarely drove my car (except to drive up into the mountains). I really enjoyed the art in the apartment and everything was functional although some appliances / furniture are starting to show their age. Bari was one of the most responsive host I've had the pleasure to communicate with. The train horns are disturbing as another review mentioned, and since it's an older building, you can hear the neighbors and various utility noises but you get used to it. Overall, I would recommend it!

Cozy hidden gem

We really enjoyed our long term stay at Bari’s place! We had everything we needed to get started in a new state after moving cross country. The location was perfect for us and we were able to explore all of the neighborhoods in Denver easily from Baker. There are tons of places that are walkable and the neighborhood is lovely. We highly recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

Perfect spot

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months and very much enjoyed the relaxed but well designed space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and walkable to lively Broadway Ave. It fit our needs to be near family in the Baker neighborhood perfectly. Our interactions with host,Bari and others have been very positive. Without a doubt, We would stay here again.

Homey, cozy, immaculately maintained, artfully furnished, and every convenince anticipated and attended to. Office space perfect for a remote worker, and a kitchen equipped with everything from quick meals to foodie fine dining. The neighborhood is ecclectic, diverse, safe, walkable and full of energy. Quaint space for a getaway!

Bari and his property were great! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 months & worked remotely during the week. Walkable neighborhood & perfect size for 2! There is a train that runs through that can be quite loud in the middle of the night (scared me the first few nights) but not something that would deter me from coming back. Awesome spot!!!

Quiet area in a bustling neighborhood

My partner and I rented Bari’s Guest House for a long-term stay, and it was everything that we could have hoped for. Parking was on street, but we never had an issue finding a space. Great restaurants, breweries and shopping can be found within a 5 minute walk, and Trader Joe’s is a 7 minute drive. The in-unit laundry and dishwasher were on the smaller side, but it is absolutely perfect for 1-2 people. The bed and couch were both extremely comfortable, and the heat kept us warm during a Rocky Mountain winter. From check-in to check-out, Bari was a gracious, welcoming host, I would recommend this property to friends, family, or anyone looking to spend some time in the amazing city of Denver.

Fantastic stay in Baker

My girlfriend and I lived here for a month while working remotely in Denver. We loved the neighborhood and how walkable all the Broadway shops and restaurants are. We truly didn’t want to leave. We rely on fast internet for our jobs and we were able to make video calls no problem. Such a good location, cozy apartment with everything you’ll need, and very friendly neighbors. We highly recommend a stay here!

An Amazing Month

If you’re looking for a comfortable, quaint place to stay in an AMAZING neighborhood, look no further! My boyfriend and I both work remotely, and were able to WFH from this Vrbo full-time for a month. We absolutely loved the fact that this place is only a few blocks from South Broadway, and found tons of great restaurants and bars that we’ll miss immensely now that we’re gone. Additionally, because this place is close to downtown, Ubers to Ball Arena, The Paramount, and other similar places are cheap and easy to get! As skiers, we were able to get to Breck/Keystone in 1.5 hours, and Vail in under 2. We love this place so much, and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks for the memories, Denver! We’ll be back!

August in Baker

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in the Baker District. The home was comfortably furnished with all necessary for a lengthy stay including a full kitchen and washer and dryer. There was an desk in the bedroom and a printer. There are a number of original works of art created by the owner which add to the ambience of the apartment. The patio in the rear was comfortable for having all our meals and the large side yard, unusual for this part of Denver, was a pleasant place to sit. There are two permanent residents in the building who were very welcoming and helpful. The Baker District is a residential area that is evolving. We took many walks in the evenings and looked at the houses and the gardens. A major commerical street, Broadway, in just 3-4 block from the home. I would highly recommend this rental. Roger B. Cozy and Convenient!

We loved this property, the location and the people! This apartment was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. It had everything that you could think of. Kitchen fully stocked-we cooked 3 meals a day in this kitchen for 4 months and had all the pots/pans/utensils that you need. Large comfortable bed/bedroom. Lots of really hot water! Great little patio for morning coffee and perfect garden for our dog. The location was great! The property is located on a dead end street so not much traffic. Street parking was never an issue. The location is minutes away-walking distance- to coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment, parks and more. Grocery store just around the corner too. I felt very safe walking in the evenings or coming home late at night. Very nice park a block away. Bari, Mike and Leslie are awesome! I felt like I was leaving family! Thank you Bari for everything! Stay in touch! See you in the spring!

Home Away From Home

Living here for a month had an instant but lasting “homey” feeling, like one has always been in this apt and in this lovely neighborhood. The apt feels like a home, not a sterile (hotel) interior with mass produced furnishings forgettable the minute one departs. I will remember this place well and the kind, bighearted owner plus the gracious neighbors who all impressed me with indelibly good memories. A place to settle into and appreciate, that is what I like about it. It is a good place, please support it. A gem and I am grateful for the time here. TW
