No heat in common area and all halls. Have to call on phone if you need anything to a random person off site. No guests were there except us. Charged $200 more for suite. No sheets on upper loft bed. No coffee until late morning. No closet. At breakfast no bread for toast. Random guy arrived to cook an egg. Horrible week in this place.

We loved the room and provisions, and the in-room hot tub was much needed. The staff was friendly, and check in was very easy. We would love to go back again as this was our third stay and we really enjoyed it!

The hotel experienced a power outage during my stay, which caused major inconvenience and made the stay unacceptable. There was no proper support or solution offered at the time. The situation was poorly handled, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I was informed by the hotel that I would receive a refund due to the issue, but so far, the refund has not been processed. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations.

Stuck in a snowstorm, we made reservations and arrived 20 minutes early. The inn keeper let us check in early but was distracted and somewhat irritated that we were there. Quickly ran through confusing instructions—this is a huge house B&B and we had never been here before. When I confirmed breakfast for the next morning, he stated that because I had booked with Expedia, breakfast was not included—even though the booking and email I received confirming my booking stated we would received breakfast. That’s why we booked a bed and breakfast! Our room was quite chilly, with the average temperature of 66°. But the bed was very comfortable.

This B&B was beautiful, a gem set in the emerald woods up in the mountains outside Denver. Patrick met us upon check-in to show us our room. We had the French Room in the East Wing, which is accessed through an upper terrace so you'll have to dress for the outdoors to have breakfast, which, ironically, was the only thing that detracted from the whole experience. The food, when it came, was excellent, but we waited a long time and actually felt ignored while the next table was being served solicitously. When I finally spoke up, Enrique informed us breakfast was $40 per person. I had read about this in the reviews so I made sure to take a screenshot of my Expedia booking which specifically mentioned "Breakfast included". To his credit, he had me speak with the owner on the phone, who explained the free breakfast ran for a limited time on Expedia and sure enough, when I checked Expedia, "Breakfast included" wasn't in the listing anymore. I'm glad I took the screenshot when I reserved the room so they made us a delicious breakfast which we had in their gorgeous Great Room overlooking the mountains. Patrick was very gracious and cooked an excellent omelette. Enrique didn't seem too happy and made sure to mention "I guess we're not getting paid for this" within earshot which was uncalled for and made us feel uncomfortable but I suspect he's in the spectrum and he was pleasant during checkout so all's well. Overall, an excellent stay in a beautiful setting!

The room was clean. A little outdated. We were surprised at a Bed & Breakfast that the "Breakfast" was a $40 charge per person. Typically when we've stayed at B&B's the breakfast was included. Other than the kitchen staff who offered us breakfast, we never saw a person from the facility. People seem to complain about the doors and getting into the place. That first entry was a little confusing but the instructions we received in email were clear and we got in no problem. We did find that the door to our room seemed to keep getting "unlocked". I'd recommend you make sure it's completely locked when leaving. We did have issues with controlling the room temperature. The thermostat didn't seem to control the room temp. Instead there was a wall mounted faux-fireplace that took a while to get the room warmed up.

The two male staff members were extremely dismissive and not helpful or welcoming, the one with glasses demeanor was that of a surly teen that hates his existence. Even though in my booking it states breakfast is included said staff member claimed I booked the "no breakfast option, and could have it for $40" then turned away from me back to being on his phone. The sheets had stains on them, tears in the pillowcases, the bedding is very thin for a mountain inn, the showerhead was covered in limescale buildup to the point water trickled out sporadically and it was apparent the room had not even been vacuumed. We'd stayed through the night although not able to sleep comfortably to get breakfast in the morning only to be rudely told it was be an egregious upcharge so just immediately left to no longer have to be in such an uncomfortable atmosphere. The entire stay felt as though we were awkwardly imposing on a person you don't know while staying out of town. Would not recommend or return.

The good: The room was clean and cozy. The view on the balcony we had to walk through to get to and from our room was gorgeous. We got in super late at night so had to do self check in which was super easy. The bad: I’d had a bad feeling about this place ever since making the reservation, but I didn’t catch that it was nonrefundable, even months in advance. So we were stuck with it. A refund for cancelling in advance is pretty standard. If something had come up or plans had changed, we’d have been out a lot of money. The ugly: On Expedia, the room I booked listed “Free breakfast” as an amenity, so naturally, the price of the room should have included the breakfast fee listed in the property details. However, when we walked downstairs for breakfast in the morning, we were told it would be an extra fee that was 33% higher than the fee listed in the property details. That’s a bit absurd. On top of that, the man that gave us this information must not have had his coffee yet because he was particularly grumpy and impolite. After informing us that breakfast would be an extra fee, I asked if I hadn’t already paid for that, he sternly said “no” in a pretty rude tone that my wife and I both felt communicated that we were ignorant for even considering such a thing. This interaction completely ruined our experience. We promptly packed up and left to go eat elsewhere.

This b and b is gorgeous. Best experience of my entire life. So romantic to come for a weekend with my boyfriend. Very affordable for the guest rooms too :) great staff and lovely place will be back

Master Bedroom had its own private patio. Breakfast was made to order everyday if that is what you wanted. Parking is easy. Our room was made up everyday. Large bathroom and closet.
We saw him first thing in the morning when we went to our car.

Long brown hair in tub. Not mine. Also couldn’t leave room. Had to have a code to open my door and they never gave it to me. Guy said it was in my email from them. I never got an email. Creepy as can be too.
