You’ll love the cozy feel of this home nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood in Denver --Hilltop! Within walking distance of Cherry Creek! The neighborhood is full of mature trees and lovely parks nearby. Very spacious! The porch is paradise. Great for family dinners inside and out. Fireplace in the living room. Central AC and heat. Sleeps 14 (with 2 people per bed) -5 private bedrooms, 1 semi-private bedroom sleeping, and bunk beds. For an additional fee after 14 people, ($25 per person) there is extra sleeping space with a futon and pullout sofa bed, sleeping 18! Located in Central Denver
-4 miles from downtown Denver. Come for a concert at Red Rocks, a Denver Broncos game-A Rockies or Nuggets game, visit your student at the University of Denver or CU, or just come to enjoy the shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the Cherry Creek neighborhood! Also near the Denver Botanical Gardens, And Denver Museum of Natural History. Also, if you’d like to check in a day earlier, or stay a day later, message me! This is a lived in home, (not a sterile Hotel feel), and hopefully you’ll enjoy browsing through our book collection, and checking out our keepsakes from family trips. There is plenty of closet space (shelves and space to hang your clothes), just not drawers. So please treat it as you would your own home. We are avid travelers and nature lovers, and love to share our home when we are out and about traveling, hiking or skiing.
