CHEERFUL 3 BEDROOM HOME WITH HUGE BACKYARD

Welcome to Denver!
A three-bedroom single-family house, located in a highly desirable neighborhood near the Denver Tech Center (DTC), with easy access to the major highways I-25, I-225, light rail, and public transit.
You can find great shopping, Whole Foods, Target, restaurants, a movie theater and Cherry Creek State Park nearby.
The sliding doors lead you to the sunroom with a huge backyard that is perfect for summer entertainment. Book your stay today!
The space
Come and enjoy your next visit in our spacious spot located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood! Whether you are exploring Denver or just in town for work or visiting friends and family, this spot will be an excellent home base that provides comfort and ease! This space is perfect for family trips, couple’s retreat, groups of friends, business trips, and anyone looking for a great place to reside while visiting!

MASTER BEDROOM:
Our large and spacious master bedroom comes equipped with a new king-sized bed, large closet space to fit your needs, as well as a smart flat screen tv for your enjoyment!

BEDROOM 2:
Our bedroom also comes with a new king-sized bed, plenty of closet space for storage, and also a smart flat screen tv for entertainment!
Bedroom 3:
Our third bedroom comes with a new queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space!

FAMILY ROOM:
In addition to our large living room, we also have a great family room designed for comfort and entertainment! Enjoy a smart flat screen tv and games for fun family or friend time! Our family room is family and kid oriented and comes with children’s books, children’s games, and toys, as well as an electric keyboard!

LIVING ROOM:
Relax and find comfort in our living room equipped with a couch and sofas! Our couch also can be an additional queen-sized bed!

SUNROOM:
Our sunroom is a warm and inviting space for isolation and/or family gatherings! Relax and grab a hot cup of coffee and enjoy the quiet mornings or snuggle up with a book and enjoy the evening sunset. In addition, our sunroom comes with a full-scale ping pong table! Perfect for family and friends to have a good time!

BACKYARD:
Our large and spacious green backyard is great for everyone to enjoy the space and have a barbeque! We offer a full-scale barbeque grill in the shed for some summer fun time! Our many trees and greenery create a wonderful scenery of nature.

*Please keep in mind on some Tuesdays we have an appointment for lawn services.

Perfect location

Quiet neighborhood but easy access to highway.Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.Host was great. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. We were gone during the days, so mostly just spent the nights. It was in a great location. My family enjoyed the ping pong table. We had enough towels for everyone. It was nice to have a Christmas tree set up. Very pretty! Our only issue was the master bedroom getting warm at night even though the thermostat was at 65. We opened a window and that helped. We would potentially stay there again, but we might look for something closer to our family in Denver next time.

Comfortable home, great location, excellent hosts!

We stayed at the property for a week. The host always responded immediately to any questions we had and they were very accommodating. It is a great location as we were traveling all over the city for events.

This is a nice, well-kept home in a quiet neighborhood. It has three levels of living space, with a enclosed back porch with a ping pong table. Nice backyard, with a shady and sunny areas. Toys for young ones, piano for older kids. We would stay again.

Everything as advertised

We were in Denver for a wedding and the house was conveniently located. It was in a quiet and piece full neighborhood. The house was clean and had plenty of room for six of us.
