The Mansion is a wonderful place to stay in if you spend some days in Denver. We enjoyed the city and we enjoyed sleeping there. The position is perfect for visiting Denver on foot. The structure is unique for its rooms, each one furnished with a very nice taste and very clean. We enjoyed very much the chats we had with Carl and Bailey, they are both super nice people and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our trip. What must be mentioned are the wonderful breakfasts that Carl prepares every day. Everyday something new and really prepared with a lot of love. We started our holiday in Denver and were 3 weeks long in the US. Everytime we ordered bacon we always used to say: "Well not as the one Carl does!" :-) Next time we will be in Denver, the Mansion will be our choice again. Thank you Carl, thank you Bailey.

Not to get into specifics because I truly want you to experience it for yourself. But my wife and I had an amazing stay at Capitol Hill Mansion. From the scenery, to the view, to the breakfast & the amazing staff and owner Carl. We will definitely be back.

Lovely property with wonderful access to many of the highlights in downtown Denver. We loved the beautiful ambience of the antique home and furnishings. The owner was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!!

Beautifully restored Victorian in the middle of everything. Easy walking to major museums and attractions; parking; charm galore. Fabulous breakfasts, real care for visitors. Can't imagine why people would do a chain hotel rather than this magnificent experience.

Capitol Hill Mansion is a beautifully charming hotel! The breakfast, which included bananas foster waffles, was delicious, and our host, Carl, was delightfully accommodating. We will stay here again next time we are in Denver.

Karl has a wonderful B&B with a great breakfast. You can walk to great restaurants and the Molly Brown house. We will definitely be back. I can still smell the morning bacon and coffee in my dreams.

10/10 - Truly an amazing stay.
This is the only place we will ever want to book when we visit Denver. Amazing service, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful, kind staff. There is no beating this place: neighborhood walkability, the room (complimentary water bottles and soft drinks), the experience. Everything was absolutely PERFECT. Carl (owner/operator) was super friendly and had great recs when we needed them. Do. not. miss. out. Book them now.

A wonderful house with a very helpful staff. Breakfast was superb. Area good for viewing the old section of Denver and some of the mansions in the area. Need Uber for other activities.

We stayed in the Snowlovers Room, on the 3rd floor. Fortunately, we packed lightly for this short trip - as dragging a bunch of suit cases up & down the stairs would have been rough. This was our first experience with staying at a Bed & Breakfast, but it was exactly what one would expect. The food was delicious, and always served with a smile and a conversation. Excellent coffee, excellent indoor AND outdoor dining space (we experienced one of each, since it rained one evening). We had an issue with the toilet on our first flush, and there was an overflow (no, we didn't put anything down it that we shouldn't have...or too much). We called the Main Line & someone was there within 5 minutes knocking on the door to assist. Nice folks, great place, give it a shot if you're in Denver.

Fantastic breakfast!
It is a special to stay overnight in this Beautiful house. The rooms are decorated with a lot of feeling. A fantastic breakfast is served in the lush garden. An idyllic and affordable alternative to the big hotels that I warmly recommend.

This B&B is a treasure in walking distance to Colorado‘s Capital, major shopping area and museums. There was nothing negative, everything was perfect, from beds to room to breakfast and all in a fantastic atmosspere.

When I’m ever back in Denver, I’ll only want to stay here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. It’s such a special place where I felt like I could relax and be comfortable while still being close to downtown energy.

Compare it to our bed and breakfast on the first night of our trip this was wayyyyyy cozier and we had our own bathroom. Considering how old this building is the room is air conditioned and kept us comfortable. The breakfast is as amazing and so was Bailey who was serving us breakfast. The bedrooms were nice clean and neat but don’t expect the beds to be super comfortable. However they are not squeaky either and have personality (finally non white sheets ) Also Getting a hold of them isn’t the easiest as you need to leave voicemails like a typical household but they do make the check in process very easy

Very cool property, however, my biggest compliant was that the room only had blinds on the windows. Room was extremely bright first thing in the morning so curtains would have been great.
