Perfectly situated between downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains, our home puts you just minutes from Colorado’s best trails, parks, and entertainment. Relax in the brand-new hot tub after a day of adventure—whether you’re exploring Golden, catching a show at Red Rocks, strolling downtown Denver, or heading into the mountains, all are less than 15 minutes away.

There is keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you before your arrival. You will have full access to the entire home, private yard, and driveway for parking.

NOTE:
We are in a quiet, family neighborhood. Not a party spot.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests MUST be added to the reservation
- Guests must be over 25 y/o (unless families with children)
- No parties or gatherings

ADDITIONAL:
- No smoking
- No pets
- Quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM
- 14 total people max in the home

REMINDER:
Any violations of house rules are grounds for removal from the property without refund and if violated, guests shall be considered trespassing immediately upon violation of house rules. STR Business License: #024492.

All rooms were extremely clean. The house was spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe! The backyard space was so nice! We absolutely loved grilling and hanging around the fire pit and using the hot tub! We would definitely return and stay again.
