Getting Around:

• Please park on the asphalt driveway only

• Vehicles are not allowed to park inside the barn



Winter travel tips:

• From November through April, a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain weather and road conditions.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES<>STRICTLY ENFORCED



We have recently and unfortunately experienced repeated issues with smoking, excessive noise, unauthorized pets, and guest counts exceeding reservations.



Because of this, monitoring systems have been installed to detect violations.



A MINIMUM $500 FINE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:



• Smoking anywhere on the property

• Unauthorized pets

• Exceeding the approved guest count

• Excessive noise



These rules are strictly enforced to protect the property, neighbors, and future guests.



The home is located in a forested mountain environment. Occasional insects or small bugs may appear despite thorough cleaning and pest control. Wildlife and natural elements are a normal part of mountain living.

We are available during your stay and happy to assist if needed. When we are in town, we love meeting guests. When we are away, trusted local partners help ensure everything runs smoothly and are available if assistance is needed.
