Getting around is easy from this Central Park location. The home includes a detached 2-car garage plus additional free street parking nearby. Guests are just minutes from I-70, I-225, and Peña Blvd, making it convenient to reach Downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, the Anschutz Medical Campus, and nearby attractions. Central Park Station is also close by, offering RTD light rail access to downtown and the airport without needing to drive. Traveling with dogs? We gladly welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (permitted breeds only) for a $150 pet fee. Pets must be leashed in common areas, never left unattended unless crated, and pet waste must be promptly cleaned up. 🐶
