Guests will have access to the entire home except the detached garage.

We give guests space and privacy, but we live close by and are only a message or call away.
-Pets are allowed, but need to be *approved* prior to booking. If approved, there is a $150 per pet fee. Please keep off the beds and furniture due to shedding and please pick up after your dog in the yard.

-If we can accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, it is $25 per hour

-Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

The cleaning fee only covers normal cleaning of the home. Please see and follow our check out instructions prior to leaving our home. Groups that leave our home that requires extra cleaning or groups that do not follow the above house rules will be subject to additional cleaning charges.

The place was just what we were looking for. It was the perfect location for my convention in Denver. The yard was great for our 3 big dogs. Stefan and Bethany were great hosts. Extremely attentive and easy to get ahold of. The fridge compressor had gone out right when we arrived and Stefan went out of his way to get a mini fridge for our cold items until a new fridge could be delivered. They were also very accommodating for our 3 70lb pups which is so difficult to find these days. I would highly recommend this rental and these hosts for any stay in or near downtown Denver.
