The townhome is centrally located in a perfect spot for accessing all of the downtown neighborhoods by foot or are a short Uber/scooter ride away. ACCESS/TENANT: There is a tenant is the studio unit on the lower level and there is no access to the lower level, yard, or garage. Your stay is completely private.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The RiNo neighborhood is known for its inclusivity. The home is located across the street from a day shelter where people receive services such as receiving mail, finding jobs and housing. You will see homeless people, but it shouldn't impact your stay.
