Questo loft di magazzino di 1900 piedi quadrati è assolutamente da vedere a casa ... Caratterizzato da soffitti alti 18 piedi, pareti in mattoni con i pavimenti originali in legno di quercia. Questo edificio storico fu costruito nel 1894 e fu l'impianto originale John Deere a Denver. Con vista sulle Montagne Rocciose, sul Mile High Stadium e sul Pepsi Center, tutti dal vostro balcone privato. A pochi passi da Union Station e Coors Field. Lower Downtown offre anche un'abbondanza di ristoranti, bar e birreria a pochi isolati di distanza. All'interno è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi davanti al camino che dispone di un televisore da 70 "con audio surround. Camera da letto principale e bagno sono spaziose e lussuose arredate con un letto king size e un 55 "TV. Seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale. La cucina è stata completamente ristrutturata con servizi gourmet. Gli ospiti hanno accesso a un computer con accesso a Internet mentre soggiornano. Questo posto è assolutamente da vedere proprietà ... se ti piace la storia, ristoranti, eventi sportivi, e la facilità di arrivare ovunque nel centro di Denver, quindi è necessario venire a vedere 1127 Auraria Parkway.

Fantastic property and property manager in a great Downtown location. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great communications and flexible manage made check in and out a breeze. We would definitely stay with Steve again!

Beautiful modern condo in downtown Denver Convenient short walk to great restaurants! All the modern conveniences in condo made even more welcoming by the owner. Definitely recommend!

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay, felt like home. Upon arrival, late at night we had no entry code to get into the building. Fortunately the people in Denver are super kind, and after about 20mins a kind young man exiting the building gave us his code to use for the duration of our stay. The fireplace wasn’t working, which would have been nice, especially Christmas. Overall I would recommend this as a great place to stay, having a contact number would have been helpful. Request entry code to building prior to arriving.

Quintessential downtown loft

Perfect location for anything downtown. Minutes walk to Convention Center and right in Pepsi Center parking lot. Great 2 bed 2 bath with urban industrial decor amidst cozy furniture. Had a great stay and would love to come back!

Auraria Loft

Breathtaking condo! Soaring ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors. Ultra modern bathrooms, SUPER comfortable beds. This home was the perfect place for hosting a family dinner the day after Thanksgiving... to give my Denver sister a break. We did require instructions on how to use the stove top... which our host Steve provided for us quickly in a phone call. Only a few items missing from this beautiful kitchen... a baking sheet, oven mitts, and possibly a french press for those not wanting to use a keurig. Thank you Steve & Terri! Rebecca VanZoeren

Staying here jazzed up my business trip

This place turned out to be a lucky break on a business trip where all the Denver hotels were booked. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the place as it was quite special. Very classy and spacious condo in a charming historical building. Every detail was upscale. The owner was gracious and helpful. Location was great, just past the edge of the noisy downtown, but an easy walk to lots of downtown restaurants. Would strongly recommend.

An Oasis in the city.

This property was amazing, good location, perfect layout, very roomy and very well appointed with all high end touches. One day the elevator was on the fritz but was quickly repaired. Good thing the 3rd floor is a quick trip even on the stairs. :-) The owners have thought of everything and even called to check in that we got in okay and provided their contact info in case we needed anything on our vacation. This is a must for a great Denver get away! Thanks for sharing your place - we loved it.

A GREAT find!

Modern, industrial vibe that is warm, cozy and inviting! Great communication with owner-response was instant! Clean, quiet and plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable in. Sumptuous linens and bedding. All new appliances in excellent condition. And the location!! We parked the car and walked everywhere with ease--shopping, restaurants, bars, Coors Field and of course the Pepsi Center. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Walkable to the Pepsi Center

Awesome location. Literally, it backs up to the parking lot of the Pepsi Center. Walkable to many great restaurants. Euclid was especially tasty. Great loft design.

You must stay here!

Great 2 bedroom close to everything in Denver! Beautiful place! Owners were very helpful and a nice bottle of wine was waiting upon our arrival. Upscale furniture and bedding. You will not be disappointed. We could not access the roof during our stay which would have had a great view for dinning but we will try anothr time. Great place! Hope to return soon!

Getaway downtown

Enjoyed the vibe downtown Denver, the Highlands, Larimer Square, the Rockies and preseason Broncos game. Everything was either a walk away or a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride. Had a great time!

Delighted in Downtown Denver

We were two couples from California in Denver to see baseball and the sites. The loft was spacious, clean, top quality beds and linens and an easy walk to downtown sites and sounds. Communication was great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would most definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Vacation

We (family of four with two teens) loved this home! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and kind note from the owner. This house had all we needed in terms of space, comfort, and convenience. It seemed newly renovated and exceptionally clean! The property is walking distance to Denver attractions and great restaurants. We would totally recommend this property to others and reserve again if we visit Denver in the future.

Great Loft in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this downtown Denver Loft. This loft is spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. From this location we were able to walk to an event at the Pepsi Center, as well as walk all over downtown. The owners were very responsive to our questions and accommodated our early arrival. We hope to stay here again on a future trip to Denver.

The location of the apartment was ideal, easy 10-15 minute walk to the conference center and many restaurants. The apartment was clean and modern, consistent with photos online. Would recommend the location to others and stay there again.
