*The space*
SPACIOUS BACKYARD
With a hot tub for relaxation, your group can also compete using our outdoor games like cornhole. The entire backyard can be utilized for your stay. Use the firepit area surrounded by Adirondack Patio Chairs to unwind after exploring the Front Range. There is also a Pergola around the side for gathering. There are outdoor games like corhole that are there for you to use.

LVING ROOM
The first living room on the main floor has a television and a few chairs. There is a Couch/Bed that can be used to sit and watch or talk in the living area. At night this is an extra area that can accommodate sleeping on the bed.

KITCHEN
The open kitchen includes the usual appliances (dishwasher, overn, Refrigertator...) plus a Ninja coffee maker that makes hot and iced coffee as well as cold brew. Plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans can be found in the cabinets as well.

DINING AREA
There is a dining table and island bar that can seat up to 12 people comfortably for meals.

MEDIA/2nd LIVING ROOM
Large TV with sound bar and working fireplace allows for movie viewing and television on the large couch. There is a retro video game in the living room for you to play, and areas for folks to play table games.

BEDROOMS/OFFICE Areas
There are 5 bedrooms, with one downstairs that can be used as an office also. This bedroom has a couch that folds into a twin bed. Other bedrooms include a King bed with another folding couch, 2 queen beds, and a kids bedroom with 3 bunk beds. All bedrooms include televisions except for the office.

Guest access
This entire house is for our guests! Large Backyard with games and areas designed to allow you to connect with family and friends.

The neighborhood
This quiet neighborhood is close to the Countryside park in Westminster, which has pickleball, tennis courts and an outdoor pool. It is walkable about 3/4 of a mile using the trails behind the house!

The restaurant the Burns Pub and restaurant is within a five minute drive (featured on Food Networks Diners Driveins and Dives), as well as a host of other great local favorites!

Getting around
A car is recommended for transportation, but the King Soopers grocery store, Starbucks and other restaurants are within walking distance.
