Questa nuova casa con 5 camere da letto è stata rinnovata al 100%. Ogni area è nuova di zecca tra cui letti, mobili, moquette, pavimento in vero parquet, elettrodomestici Samsung in acciaio inox, aria condizionata, forno e scalda-acqua calda per il vostro divertimento.

Il grande maestro ha soffitti a volta con una splendida spa privata come bagno con vasca da bagno separata e doccia con getti spray per il corpo. (Sì, c'è uno scaldabagno da 50 galloni.) Ci sono 3 camere da letto aggiuntive al piano superiore che condividono una sala da bagno con controsoffitti in quarzo e doppio lavello.

La cucina di design ben fornita ha
nuovissimi controsoffitti al quarzo con isola centrale e sgabelli da bar, e nuovissimi elettrodomestici Samsung in acciaio inox tra cui un cassetto a microonde.

La sala da pranzo formale appena fuori dalla cucina ha un tavolo di legno appena recuperato con 8 posti a sedere.
Questa casa ha 2 schermi piatti con WiFi ad alta velocità, e accogliente caminetto a gas con telecomando nel soggiorno per quelle serate fresche.

Il seminterrato ha un'altra camera da letto separata e bagno con cabina doccia e area "sala giochi" tra cui grande televisione e ampio divano per diffondersi.

Inoltre, c'è un livello principale lavatrice / asciugatrice e garage per auto doppio per l'abbondanza di parcheggio.

Questa casa ha vista sulle montagne a ovest ed è una posizione base perfetta per visitare Morrison, Golden, Denver Botanic Gardens, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Manor House, Waterton Canyon, Arrowhead campo da golf, Chatfield State Park e Deer Creek sentieri, tutti all'interno 10-15 minuti. Questa incredibile casa è a pochi passi da un grande negozio di alimentari, ristoranti e Starbucks e si trova anche in un tranquillo cul-de sac. Il patio sul retro ha una griglia per barbecue a gas e il cortile è perfetto per la competizione del mais.

Comfortable and cozy stay

We had a great stay here and would definitely come back again! There is enough room for everyone to be comfortable and the house is spacious and quiet. Everything we needed for a home away from home was included, from a fully stocked kitchen, to extra linens and hangers. Everything was pretty clean except for the stove top looked like it could use a good scrub. Great dual head shower in the master, cute little coffee bar, and all the kitchen needs for cooking some great at home meals! To top it off this was only 10 min from our family that we came to visit. Super convenient for shopping and dining as well if you don’t feel like cooking. Mark was very responsive and we have zero complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in Pine and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Mark was a fantastic host—super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we had zero issues. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special time. Home away from Home!

We so enjoyed the warm welcome, location and accommodations. Well managed/ well supplied! Loved access to Chatfield lake bike trails and pickleball at Bowles. We spent month which passed too quickly. Great stay!

Very spacious and well equipped home, recently renovated. Very clean. Kitchen had everything. Owners were easy to deal with. We stayed two months and liked it so much, we’re coming back next summer. Easy access to Red Rocks and foot hills. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Convenient and accommodating

We needed temporary housing while our home was under renovation. We wanted to be within a short drive and Teller house was perfect. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and freeway access. Mark responded quickly to questions and requests and was always pleasant. 3 Generation Family Get together

This was a perfect home for our 3 generation get together. The location was great, very clean and well appointed and the owner Mark was very nice and always quick to respond to questions. Our weather was good and we enjoyed gathering on the patio to enjoy the private yard. The house is located on a quiet cull de sac in a nice neighborhood close to a small shopping area with a grocery store. Very well stocked kitchen except for larger size pots and pans when cooking for 9 people. We all agreed this house was wonderful and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Beautiful newly renovated home in the suburbs

This beautiful newly renovated home is perfect for families or individuals who doesn’t want to stay downtown Denver. Everything in this home is new and top of the line from the bedding to the appliances. The neighborhood is quite and has everything you need without going into Denver. The owner, Mark, was prompt to respond to any questions or request I had. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home in the suburbs.

Awesome house in the suburbs

My family stayed here for our son's wedding. My parents who are in their 80's were there...it was great to be able to give them their own suite in the basement away from all of the hub bub upstairs. The house is a beautiful, remodeled property. The kitchen is very modern, and all the other rooms are modern and decorated beautifully! Mark was very easy to get ahold of, and the check-in process was more than easy...love the lockbox! The neighborhood is litterly a few minutes' walk from Starbucks, a grocery store, Walgreens and a plethora of other stores. It's only minutes o drive to get to I 470...very convenient for everywhere we needed to go.

Saying Our Finals Goodbyes To Our Brother

Our trip to Denver was to say our final goodbyes to our brother that passed away on Easter Sunday. The house was amazing and is even nicer in person. Everything was stocked and enough room for everyone. The owner was very responsive. The neighborhood was beautiful. We loved our stay and will stay again each time we are there. Each family member was very pleased!!!!
