We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

The game room is stocked for friendly competition, featuring an Xbox, Oculus VR headset, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and classic arcade machines like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. A swinging chair and sectional couch provide space for conversation, board games, or simply unwinding between adventures.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms are furnished with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Downstairs, a private suite offers twin XL Murphy beds with curtains for added privacy. An air mattress is also available for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Bathrooms
The home features 3.5 bathrooms, including a master ensuite with a large vanity, a guest bath with a full tub, and a newly renovated walk-in shower on the lower level. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones is made easy with a crib, Pack ‘n Play, high chair, baby bath, and children’s dinnerware. The KidzKorner nook offers books, plush toys, and bean bags, creating a cozy hideaway for quiet play.

Location and nearby attractions
Just steps from the Ralston Creek Trail, guests can enjoy a scenic 12-mile path connecting parks and historic sites. Olde Town Arvada’s dining, shopping, and coffee houses are a short drive away, while downtown Denver, Golden, and Red Rocks Amphitheater are within easy reach. Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
