Perfectly Located Denver Home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Convenient access to I-25 will make your visit to Denver easy to navigate, situated just 8 min from Wash Park, 15 min from Downtown & Empower Field, and 25 min from Red Rocks. Ample & private outdoor space including a trampoline and swing set offers entertainment while you’re relaxing at the house between excursions.
Home includes 4 bedrooms with 2 Kings & 2 Queens plus a dedicated office space - all you need!

Just off I-25 on the south side of Denver with neighborhood access to the Highline Canal biking/walking trail

The Denver lightrail station is within walking distance from the house, but car transportation is easiest for your stay.
A separate lease agreement must be signed for bookings longer than 30 days. This lease agreement can be provided after details of the visit have been shared with the host.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door.

Any smoking on the property at all - inside or outside - will incur a $1000 smoking fine for cleaning costs and revenue loss.

The host was great. Responded to all messages in a quick manner. The house is great especially for families with young children and pets. Fenced in back yard with a swing set, slides and a trampoline! Very spacious and clean! Would recommend it to all friends and families.

Great location and spacious house. My kids loved the basement, swing, and bunnies in the yard. We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect. Close to a beautiful walking trail as well. We would definitely stay again!

This is a great property for families who want to be close to downtown yet feel like they have some space and privacy. The backyard is great for kiddos and felt very private. We stayed here with my visiting parents and our 5 year old son, everyone was happy. The beds are comfy and the double living rooms accommodated everyone. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a pleasant stay here. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great with lots of blankets and layers if needed. There's plenty of space for hanging out and lounging with family. The kids LOVED the trampoline in the backyard and the few visiting bunnies. Checkout was a breeze...which was very nice. If we are ever back in the Denver area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!!!

Great property with lots of room!

Our stay didn’t start out great as we did not receive check in instructions. Fortunately we were able to get in even though unable to get in contact with the host untilLater that evening. When the host did reach out she was very apologetic and things were righted. The property has lots of room inside and out. Enjoyed the covered patio in the back and the cool air conditioned living room inside while visiting with friends. The beds were soooo comfortable and the sheets too! Good location.One other improvement would be to have an instruction booklet for guests when they arrive. Great property with lots of room at a great price!

Fabulous home. No complaints.

The home had everything we needed and then some to get us started for our week long stay. It was very roomy and very cute. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and cooking. The backyard was super cute and we loved watching the bunnies hop around throughout the day. A neighborhood cat dropped by and the kids loved on it. The ac worked awesome along with the internet and tv no problem. It was a great house and a great stay. Two separate living areas made it easy for families to do their own thing and have a little quiet time if needed. And if I have a chance to go back, I would love to stay there again. Super location. Convenient to hop on and off the interstate. Never heard a neighbor, very quiet.

Perfect spot for a wedding weekend

Our gang of 5 stayed at this home which was close to the Wellshire Event center. We had another compound close by that other family had rented so we were all in the neighborhood. Lots of room for us, quiet neighborhood, great back patio and backyard. We would do it again.

Wedding HQ

Great location, great host, great property. We stayed for 3 nights for my daughter’s wedding. It was clean, easy to access and a great location to have friends visit and to get ready for the wedding. Will definitely stay again if ever in town.

Perfect Stay

Everyone was super satisfied with everything. House was great with lots of space, all cleaned, and well organized. The backyard was also great, we enjoyed and BBQ a few times. Neighbours were quiet and the location just perfect, close to the I-25 highway. We would definitely come back. Thanks, our trip was perfect, especially staying here.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the backyard with our toddler grandchild. The Highline trail is nearby and we enjoyed walking and riding our bikes there.
