Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Sip your morning coffee on the sun-drenched deck as the yard comes alive with light. At dusk, gather around the fire pit and watch the Colorado sky fill with stars. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in Arvada, this welcoming retreat lets you enjoy peaceful suburban living while staying close to Denver, Boulder, and the mountains.

The space
Inside, an open layout connects a bright living room, six-seat dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a smart refrigerator, and a coffee station. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and sliding doors open to a deck perfect for grilling dinner or dining outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep up to twelve guests. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and private bath. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, and a third includes a full-size bed. Downstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. Every room includes soft linens, blackout curtains, and ample storage.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms - two upstairs and one downstairs - each feature a walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, spacious vanity, and bathroom essentials. The master suite enjoys its own private bath, while the remaining two serve the other bedrooms.

Lower level & entertainment
Head downstairs to unwind in the second living area with a foosball table, corn-hole boards, board games, and two oversized bean bag chairs. A 55" smart TV sets the scene for movie nights, and a washer and dryer are provided for convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the deck, fire up the BBQ grill, or relax by the fire pit while kids play in the fenced yard. Outdoor furniture offers space for gathering and dining, with some furnishings stored seasonally during colder months.

Neighborhood
Located just minutes from Olde Town Arvada, parks, and the Arvada Center, the home provides easy access to Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and scenic mountain trails. Nearby shops, restaurants, and grocery stores make everyday essentials close at hand, while quick highway access keeps adventure within reach.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
