Serene Rustic Haven, Huge Yard & Decks , ZenDen

Enjoy our rugged, rustic home in a quiet neighborhood that's ready for adventures. Spacious, art filled with many areas for gathering inside or out. Aspen filled parklike backyard w/2 level deck great for taking in the blues skies + funky ZenDen for smoking & pot. Fully stocked stainless/granite kitchen +2 dining areas. Enjoy living/family rooms with leather furniture & big windows. Plush comfy beds, baths with vessel sinks & granite. Close to shopping, dining & all Colorado has to offer.

-Entire tri-level home with six stairs up to bedrooms or down to family room and garage from main floor. Then six steps to basement level.

-Private fenced back yard with corn hole game

- Backyard has large two level deck with grill, dining tables, sectional, chiminea

-No smoking or vaping inside but enjoy deck or ZenDen/shed in backyard. Just funky, fun shed to relax, smoke and hang out. May be a little dusty with a few leaves :)

-Soft bamboo sheets, plush towels and closets with hangers and shelves

-5 tv's with Roku stick. Netflix and included, foosball, games and books for entertainment.

-Wifi included as well as a desk in family room with modem

-I've shared some of my original art

-Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in laundry room, to ensure you look your best while in town!

-Central air conditioning and forced air heating plus attic fan upstairs. On hot days, crack a window and turn on to remove hot air.

-Fully stocked kitchen with sink, oven/electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Pantry with staples, tea pot, coffee makers, baking sheets, toasters, blender, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more!

Birthday trip

The property and the house were very nice the pictures didn't really do it justice. It was very spacious and had a lot of fun games (we really enjoyed the fusball table). The only thing that was off putting was it didnt seem like it was well cleaned in certain areas. Other than that we did have one other issue where its seemed like the property owner double booked or something. Long story short our second to last day the cleaners showed up as well as the next guest who was booked there. Fortunately the property owner handled it, but in the moment it was awkward and stressful. Mostly a great stay!

Thanksgiving

Went home to visit Family for Thanksgiving. The property was perfect! Enough room for everyone, and a warm cozy and environment. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located very likely to book it again.

An Absolute Gem

My two sisters and I loved this house! It was clean, spacious and well equipped. It is a split level with 5 bedrooms, three upstairs and 2 at the basement level and three full bathrooms. It was wonderfully decorated in Colorado Cowboy plus genuine art, and that is a big part of its charm. This is nothing like a hotel, or your average BNB, this is a place you can explore and keep finding interesting things to look at. It added so much to our stay! We recommend it unequivocally.

Our own little reunion amidst wedding chaos

We had a great time together at the Serene Rustic Haven -- close to wedding venue, highways, food options, shopping. Plenty of space for 7 adults -- in fact, we never even used the lower level living room. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. GREAT GRILL. We had exceptional weather and spent lots of time on the deck, at all hours. The decor is completely over the top and perfect for keeping a fun vibe alive.

Great Place with Very Easy Guidelines.

The house is very welcoming and rustic. The back patio is huge and great for socializing. The "Zen Den" was a nice addition to get away from the group whenever someone needed. The house rules, check in process, and checkout process was all very clear, concise, and easy.

Excellent stay, excellent host

This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults. The 5 bedrooms gave us all enough privacy and comfortable beds for a very pleasant stay. The photos are very accurate to the space. They have done a great job of creating hangout space on every level of the property, plus the beautiful deck with grill outside. Cameo was an excellent host with very prompt communication. Location was convenient to numerous shops, restaurants, and the sightseeing we went to.
