5 bedrooms (one on main floor), 3 full bathrooms with a total of 7 beds, sleep 10 (9 in bedrooms, and 1 on the large sofa) people total. Free off-street parking via 1 space in the included parking garage, and another space in the carport behind the privacy gate next to the garage. Full kitchen appliance package. Master's suite retreat / loft area with a large skylight and also a reading nook. Rear gate access with a combination code padlock. Garage door access via keypad code. Please contact for codes if you don't get them automatically in the reservation.

Guest access
Guest can use all parts of the house.

Other things to note
The landscaper visits the exterior of the property every other day to water flowers, and also visits every other Friday to clear leaves, branches etc. For added privacy, the alley gate in the rear should remain closed and locked if desired. A combination code is required to unlock the padlock on the gate. The street parking starts to fill up in the afternoon if you choose to utilize street parking instead of the spots available in rear carport and garage. Please note street cleaning and no parking sign along Pearl St if you utilize street parking. Grab a handcrafted milkshake at Steuben's.
