We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Inside, two open-concept living spaces offer plenty of room to stretch out and settle in. The main floor living room is warm and light-filled, with a plush sectional that invites you to sink in with a good book or stream a movie on the Smart TV. The adjoining dining area seats six and flows naturally into the fully equipped galley kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials make it easy to whip up everything from breakfast to a holiday dinner. With an open sightline to the living areas, the kitchen becomes part of the conversation - whether you're serving snacks during game night or prepping meals with the family.
Downstairs, a second lounge space doubles as a game den, perfect for both kids and adults to unwind. You’ll find foosball, a giant Connect 4, and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings or rainy days indoors.
Sleeping Arrangements
With five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, there's space and privacy for everyone. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and ensuite bathroom - a quiet haven at the end of the day. Another upstairs king bedroom and a queen bedroom offer comfort and space, while the basement includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and another with both a queen and a twin bed - ideal for larger groups or families with children. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades ensure restful sleep for all.
Bathrooms
The home includes three full bathrooms, designed to accommodate groups without hassle. Bright lighting, large mirrors, and a mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination make it easy to get ready for the day. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked for your convenience, and hotel-quality towels are always provided.
